Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.
Package Your Linens
Place your items in the original packaging or a secure box, affix the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
